Our Commitment

SafeCheck is a personal safety and emergency alert application designed for adults. We are committed to the safety of all users and maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

Age Requirement

SafeCheck is intended for users aged 18 and older. Our app is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation. Any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors will result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Relaying all relevant findings and reports to the appropriate local and national law enforcement authorities

SafeCheck does not conduct investigations. Our role is limited to relaying reported concerns and any associated information to the relevant authorities for their review and action.

Reporting

If you encounter any child safety concerns related to SafeCheck, please report them immediately through one of the following channels:

• In-app: Use the contact and reporting features within the app
• Email: support@safecheck.2d3s.org

All reports received will be relayed to the appropriate authorities promptly.

Compliance

SafeCheck complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.
